In an attempt to keep our prices as low as possible, all poms are shipped unfluffed. Fluffing instructions are included with every order. Pre-fluffed poms are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information on pre-fluffed poms. 

All poms are custom made to your specifications, therefore can not be returned for any reason other than manufacturing defects or errors. We always recommend that you request a sample pom if you are unsure of color or style. 

All-Star Poms does not have a minimum order. However, a $5.00 service charge will be applied to any order of less than 4 poms. 

All-Star Poms does accept school purchase orders. If a purchase order will be used we must have a faxed copy of the purchase order on school letter head before we can begin production on your pom order. All purchase orders should be faxed to
